"Nathan and his team have been cleaning the carpets in my short-term rental properties for the past 3 years--so several times a year per unit. Yes, he has advanced equipment and quality cleaning products. Yes, he has the expertise to get out most any stain--including an older deep-oil based stain that others could not remove. But what sets him apart is his dedication to you, the customer. I've been burned by various vendors/contractors in the past and have a borderline unhealthy skepticism. During his first cleaning job I had assumed--wrongly-- that carpet cleaning included moving furniture. He never corrected me; instead together we moved bed, futon, sofa, table. He has patiently addressed each of my questions. He has doubled down and/or tried new efforts when I doubted a technique, even as he knew doing so would be unnecessary--just to make me, his customer happy. He has done all of this without condescension. I am now a convert and trust him completely. A fellow landlord referred him to me; for the past 5+ years, she calls on him after every short and long-term rental--even if the tenancy is only a week long. Her carpets look like new and so do mine. I invested in quality Berber carpets and it only makes sense to invest in their care. I really don't know how his price fares against the competition--my previous carpet cleaner used portable equipment and not the truck-hose used by Nathan. But I know that I get top rent in part because of how fresh the apartments look and smell which means the money I spend for the quality of Professional Carpet Cleaning Plus' work, expertise and professionalism IS reasonable and affordable.
