One of the nice things about a family owned and operated business is the way we get to know our customers. Our customers are more than just account numbers; they're friends and neighbors. "My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Grill Repair questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can walk on a standing seam roof, but you should avoid stepping on the seams and instead walk on the flat portions. The seams are thin and provide less traction, and they don’t get direct support from the roof decking underneath, so they’re more likely to dent from added weight.

Generally, magnets do stick to a metal roof, though certain metals may not be magnetic. In that case, you can use self-adhesive hooks designed for outdoor use or plastic clips that hook onto your gutter or the edge of your roof. But if your metal roof is made of steel, aluminum, or copper, you're in luck—those are all magnetic metals.

Maintaining repaired areas involves regular cleaning, ensuring protective coatings are intact, and inspecting for signs of rust or wear that need to be addressed.

Yes, you can salvage grill grates with some surface rust. Simply apply a commercial rust remover or a homemade vinegar, baking soda, or lemon juice paste with a wire brush or steel wool. After removing the rust from the metal, you can then apply a thin layer of rust-preventing oil to keep the grates looking good as new for longer. However, grate replacement is often better when the rust is deep.

Professionals use hammers, sealants, and nail guns for efficient and durable repairs.
