I can not say enough good things about Tom and this company.. He also came back a 2nd time (though he did not have to) and help me learn how to program and use my remotes. In this day and age it is very hard to find good service and quality people who actually care about the customer.. I know the highest rating on this site is a 5 star But I would give Steadfast Systems & Thomas a 10 star rating if i was allowed too!! Great Service, Great Company and a Great guy.. I already referred him to my neighbor and he fixed their TV right on the spot. I will definite use them for sound and security systems when we get finished moving in.. "Home Inspection revealed a red alert on the home grounding. Mike’s Electrical came out to my house within the hour and inspected all electrical components involved. The house is in fact grounded and there is no longer a problem with this electrical issue. Thank you for Mike’s quick response and expertise in resolving the situation.
