 + 0 moreWe hired Richard Hammong Builders to do some work for us which included making the roof of our house watertight. They convinced us to let them use a more expensive method to ensure there would be no leaks. Since the leaks never stopped I can only assume they did not know what they were doing. After several tries to repair the leaks we still have buckets of water every time it rains. When asked again to fix the problem with their repair they refused. Ultimately they did not meet their obligations nor refund our money.

 + -1 moreEverything was done to our complete satisfaction. --Richard came out within a couple of hours of our request for an estimate --Debby was always accessible by phone and email to answer questions or to take care of any glitches --The work was done by courteous, professional workers --Everything looked great when the work was completed We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

 + 1 moreRichard gave me an estimate and was able to start the work quickly. His workers cut the opening in the block wall and install a beautiful energy efficient window. They also opened an interior doorway for me. The work was done well and they completed it quickly,
