A couple of days ago, after a few weeks of strong gusts of wind, the owner himself, Matt, came out to fully inspect, find the plausible cause, and stayed to fix the damage caused by mother nature's force impaling a branch thru a softer part of the roof. Neither Matt nor Ms. Edwards hesitated for one second in the fact that the rest of their teams were tied up, and came out immediately per what my employment schedule allowed for.
