He was not as fast as I thought. But the quality and time he took was apparent in the care and quality evident in the finished product. Guess I am just use to Workman in a hurry. He puts quality into the work that makes it great. Would hire again and might for my deck.

Stan Arnold did a excellent job of replacing our handi-capped ramp with composite wood. He was there everyday at the appointed time working in the hot sun. He was very dependable and professional. We were very pleased with the outcome. We would certainly recommend Orville S Arnold to anyone who would need this service.

I am pleased to write this commendation of Orville S. Arnold Inc. (OSA), general contractor. Stan Arnold far exceeded our expectations on every front! We received 3 bids on our multiple home projects. Let me preface this by saying my boss (whom I trust a great deal) does all of his own home repairs, and gave me a list of â should-costâ , taking into consideration contractorâ s profit. The first bid we received was priced so ridiculously low, we knew there was no way a quality job could be accomplished at that rate. The second company was more than double my bossâ s recommendation. Finally we received Stanâ s bidâ ¦ SPOT-ON with what my boss said it should cost! Working with Stan was truly a pleasure! His company demonstrated exemplary reliability and timeliness, quality and workmanship, integrity and honesty, and solid communication. On top of that, Stan himself is just a great guy! We truly canâ t say enough good things about our experience with Stan and OSA. As owners of a very old home, we already know that home repairs will be on-going. Weâ ve already decided that we will no longer get quotes the next time we need work doneâ ¦ weâ re just calling Stan! Do yourself a favor â if youâ re in the market for home repairs, look no further than OSA! (PS - I put this in 'deck' category, but Stand did our deck, kitchen, porch, and doors - all excellent!)

In the contractor business, Stan Arnold is as good as it gets. He is a perfectionist and very skilled in all home repair jobs. He should teach a class on customer satisfaction. We plan to re-contract him for some repair jobs in the near future. Allan Butler Westminster, Md.

This company is Wonderful. They came ou the very next day to take care of the issue we had with our deck. The issue was assessed and corrected within a few hours. Very reasonable/fair price. Would definitely recommend!!!
