Real professionals! I saw them arrive 10 minutes early but, waited until the scheduled appointment time before ringing my door bell. Three man crew with shoe covers and face mask went right to work. These guys are personable and respectful and will be my go to for all things window.

Restringing of pleated blinds. Great turnaround time with customer service...one day & price good with service call. String didn't match color of string on blind or blind itself...two different colors (mixed old/new strings)...don't know why ???

I spoke with Alex to set the appointment. He explained their process and the cost. They arrived on time as stated, and the repair was quick and done correctly; the cost was what was stated. Both Alex and his employee were very respectful of my home. I would definitely use them again!
