As I was purchasing my home, Walter Brown's inspector did not hold back, explained in details as long as it took all my options for what would work within my parameters. From there, they sent out a crew that worked nearly around the clock to ensure all was taken care of without delay. Within a few weeks, they came out to reinspect and ensure everything is holding up and working the way it is suppose to. Whenever I call, day/night Ms. Sarah Edwards answers without hesitation with an uplifting and positive attitude that no matter the situation, she will prioritize it urgent to take care of. They have sent out a team on their dime, to help seal parts of the roof and chimney that were not necessarily under their original contract to handle and even fixed things from the inside to give my family the most assuring home preventive measures were taken and would last for as long as we own the home. A couple of days ago, after a few weeks of strong gusts of wind, the owner himself, Matt, came out to fully inspect, find the plausible cause, and stayed to fix the damage caused by mother nature's force impaling a branch thru a softer part of the roof.
