"We recently purchased a home that had older carpet in the basement that needed stretched, and deep cleaned. Hew was wonderful at explaining all the services he offered that could help give our carpet the refresh it was needing. The previous owner had a cat and he was able to eliminate the odor that loomed in the basement. The stretching has done wonders for the appearance of the carpet and there are no more tripping hazards from wrinkled carpet. We had additional project going on in the home while he was there and he made it work even with some chords from their equipment running through the basement. We are overall extremely happy with the results and would recommend Hew's Carpet Care to anyone looking to repair and refresh their carpet. They then showed up on time and did a great and timely job steam cleaning the carpet. They asked if I wanted to deodorize for an extra $20. He was v honest - said he didn't necessarily see a need because there was no smell but mentioned the benefits. I opted to go with it largely because we had a sick cat who had a few accidents, and while there was no smell, would be a good add'l step to get rid of any remaining bacteria. In general, great job, I'd hire them again due to customer service, responsiveness, punctuality, reasonable price."
