Do NOT HIRE HIM!!
1. Carpets still looked so bad after (looked like he just vacuumed)
2. Charged me an extra $55 to do the steps even though he quoted me with the steps.
3. He skipped a whole room he was supposed to
I had to get a different person to come do it all over and Ryan from this company is basically a scam. Don?t waste your money

Ryan quoted me one price on the phone but then charged me $50 more once he got here. The carpets smell good and he removed some tiny stains but there was still tiny pieces of my dog's treats still stuck to the carpet. He uses a carpet cleaner just like the one I have in my basement. If I knew that I could have done it myself. Nice guy though.

"Yes Carpet was worst that i was told but got your stains up and got rid of the dog odor and you give me a rating of 2 because some dog treats were still on the carpet ? come on and the machine is a commercial portable that you can put soap in. You can?t get in the stores that?s why your car looks so nice."

Was prompt and courteous. Finished the carpet cleaning, bedroom and stairs in 45 minutes. I did not like the perfume smell after the cleaning which he told me was an enzyme and after 2 hours the smell went away. Excellent cleaning.

We agreed on a price before I scheduled the job to clean the carpet on the stairs only. He arrived early with mops and a bucket. Did not vacuum before he cleaned. Was here for about 15-20 min. No machines to scrub or soak up water. Left them wet and 1st charged me $50 over what we agreed on, then went to $20 over, then $10 over. Very disappointed . I was expecting steam or dry cleaning.
