Both Nick and Zach were informative when they came to appraise the work I wanted done, they understood exactly what I wanted and they also made great suggestions to install a railing and gate on my front porch and install pavers on my walkway leading to the porch. "Kyle, the owner, was responsive to my inquiry and came out to do the estimate. I explained what we hoped to do and what our minimum we needed to have done and that we would decide based on the cost. Kyle created an estimate that was broken down into parts so that we could pick and choose what we wanted done. Work was started within a couple of weeks and completed in 2 days. I was happy with his staff and the work performed. The problem we had was afterward. After several days of rain, a section of the yard settled, including the rock wall. It was evident that the yard was not tamped well enough. I emailed Kyle and he agreed to come back out and fix the wall/yard where it settled. We decided to wait until the spring (original work was done in fall of 2017) in case there was more settling. In April I reached out to Kyle and he agreed to come out and take a look. I also informed him that the yard had settled more and it had created a low point where water was draining under the sidewalk and eroding the ground in that area. I have heard nothing from Kyle since then. I have since emailed him again and called him with no response. I was happy with the work overall, but not happy with the lack of follow through and communication. I have been waiting to write this review until the work has been completed, but now I'm unsure it that'll every happen."

We had just rescued two dogs, and wanted to get our yard fenced in as soon as possible. Hoffman worked our fence install into their busy schedule, and returned soon after to install our paver walkway and patio. We love to sit on our new patio and watch our dogs run around the yard!"

"Mr. Jerome called, emailed, and texted promptly. He arrived on time to give me a quote for the repairs of my front sidewalk. We scheduled an install day for Friday, and he stopped by a day early to neatly cut out the bad sections. On Friday the team arrived a bit early and got right to work. They were done within a few hours, and I'm very satisfied with the result."
