"Tes was both professional and personable. There were a couple of hiccups along the way with 30 year old parts, but he had replacements in the truck. As I ve done this same work when I lived in my home, I was not surprised. I live in a condo now, and they require licensed folks to do all the work. After a couple of weeks, everything still seems fine."
