Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. "We actually hired J Hoss for two jobs, and they did a great job with both! Both were tricky operations involving the plumbing of an old beach house, and they came up with effective ways of dealing with every issue. The hot water heater install involved moving an old hot water heater out of a crawlspace and putting a new one in in a closet, and the plumbing lines were a bit wacky due to the way the cottage had been added onto over time. But they solved the problems without tearing out any walls, which was great. The other job involved a DIY project installing a bathroom vanity that we got halfway through before realizing we were over our heads. They were game and jumped right in and worked with us to complete the job. We loved how they collaborated with us and were so cheerful about our amateur efforts! Definitely will hire again."

"I had a clogged bathroom sink. After an unsuccessful attempt to clean the clogged I had to call in a drain cleaner and it was new years eve. Sterling said he would arrive between 1 and 2 PM. It was 3PM when he got to my home but he was in contact with me while he was on his way. Due to the age of the home and the outdated plumbing the drain cleaning was a little bit more then he anticipated. But he stayed with it and 3 hours later he had cleared the drain."
