"The entire crew (Charles Byers, Jacob Crowe, and Ronald Taylor) were awesome! They were very efficient and hard working. They done an excellent job in cleaning up and answered any questions we had. They were very nice and treated our home as if it were their own. I would highly recommend them and will hire them again if needed in the future. Our field inspector Todd Legere was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly and customized a solution for a wet basement that fit our budget. Definitely no regrets in hiring this company. I had 2 other companies give me an estimate and solutions and I am so glad I chose JES!"

"John and his helper were efficient, professional, and prompt. The issue was quickly assess, and the job to replace/install external faucets were completed in about 12 minutes. John explained the cautions about the new rubber turning wheel and rust proof devices, to include winter draining procedures. The price to do the work was fair. I am pleased."
