After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"The 2 people who actually showed up were professional, although they arrived very late, which I attribute to three poor management. I was quoted 3 guys for 8 hours, and only 2 showed up. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."

"This was absolutely the worst move I've ever had and would not recommend them to anyone. They completed about 3/4 of the job at the pick up site and 1/2 of the job at the drop off. I'm going to have to hire someone else to finish the job they just abandoned in my driveway. They refused to finish the job at the drop off site because they were running over time and had to go to another job, but they were 2 hours late to begin with zero explanation. They only communicated with me about being late after I repeatedly messaged them. They were condescending and spoke down to me when I asked a couple of questions. I was 10 minutes behind them at the drop off and they threatened to leave my stuff on the curb. My move was 4 days ago and so far I've found damage on 4 large items and I haven't even opened my boxes yet (one of which was smashed). They had no packing gear (blankets, tape, etc.) My 1 bedroom home couldn't fit on their 16 ft. truck because it was already half full of shredded blankets or something. I had to drive back to the pick up site separately to grab the stuff they weren't able to."

"This review is for MID ATLANTIC MOVERS IN GAITHERSBURG MARYLAND. This company is full of swindlers and thieves. I am heartbroken about what they put my brother and sister-in-law through. I've never seen such poor business. They stole money. They put extra weight in the truck. They told my brother 2,800 by the end had him out over 10,000. They will lie and say that this is the "wrong company" and it wasn't them. If you want to be taken advantage of and stolen from by all means, hire these thieves. Every review thats not include friends or family is awful. Im reporting them to the better business bureau as well. My poor brother and his wife have 2 small children. They disgusted me, and it's so sad. What horrible people. I'll be attaching images soon. Updates to come. When you steal, and a customer has proof.. well we all know what happens. "Awful experience. I answered the few questions in the estimate request as honestly as I could. They asked about "large" furniture and I told them I had one large piece (dresser/armoire). I accepted their quote and they set the time of arrival at noon. They did not show. I contacted the owner several times and finally got a response after 90 minutes that crew was running late. I was told at 2 pm, they were "on the way". The crew showed up at 5:00 pm. The attitude of the crew members was terrible. It was obvious they did not want to be starting this job at 5 pm. They disputed one other furniture item I had (another smaller dresser) and the owner contacted me to tell me he was going to charge me additional money. I asked him to load that one item at no additional cost considering they were 5 hours late. He said he would call me back and let me know what he could do. His crew loaded one bedroom of furniture, a kitchen table and about 50 boxes and totes. I was then asked to go look through the house to ensure that had not missed anything. As soon as I went in, the crew jumped in their truck and abandoned the job. I tried to call the crew member and he would not answer. He eventually disconnected his number so I could no longer contact him. I tried to contact the owner and he would not respond. I finally received a text 2 hours later informing me that I had "lied" on my questionnaire about my furniture items, so they had abandoned the job. The only item in dispute was the one dresser and instead of the owner contacting me directly to work out any questions, he just ignored me and allowed his crew to leave the job unfinished. I found out later that the crew was telling the owner that I had several other large items (a piano,a weight training system and a large wardrobe) that I instructed them to move. This was NOT TRUE. I specifically told the crew that those items were not mine and would not be moved. So, this company left me with a half loaded truck. I had to rent the truck for an additional day and scramble to find a crew to complete my move the next day. This company has ZERO customer service. I will tell everyone I know about my incredibly awful experience."

"In spite of numerous negative reviews about Move Quick, Inc., I opted to hire this company for my move from West Virginia to Los Angeles. I spoke to Phillip, the manager/owner, who convinced me that the posted complaints had been resolved and were exaggerations. However, I, too, was subjected to an exaggerated low bid in order to snag my business. I, too, experience problems with the pick up and the delivery dates. The movers were a day late in arriving, then quoted me a 67% increase in price, from $3,100 to $5,200. BUT I was stuck. The company already had my deposit money. Also, I was charged for one flight of stairs and an exaggerated inaccurate measurement of my front door to the truck. I had been told there was no fee for one flight. I had provided exact measurements for the items in my two rooms of furniture. True, I had 51 boxes instead of 40 but that did not warrant such an increase in price, 67% almost $2,000. Delivery was also problematic. I had told Move Quick, Inc. that I would be at my new home 25 days after the pick up, October 30, 2019. That should have been more than enough time for any truck to drive cross country. They made me wait until December 4, 2020, a total of 25 days to drive 2,400 miles. I made the drive solo in 5 days. Communication with the company once they have your money is near to impossible. It took threats and 6 days for Philip to respond. He then provided an insignificant $75 discount. My recommendation: go with a larger company than can provide an accurate estimate and deliver within a reasonable time. Also, use a company that uses the industry standard of moving cost based on the weight of your items. Don’t let Phillip tell you his method of charging based on volume is better. No one else does this, for a reason. Other estimates I had received were in the $3,700 range.I should have Booked Elsewhere!”"
