I don't remember you calling to complain, but it is so long ago that maybe I have just forgotten. FWIW, the person who worked on your piano last is no longer working for us. I was in the market for a used grand piano. I was referred to PianoCraft by my piano teacher and I'm surely glad I was. I called on a Saturday morning and asked for an appointment to view and play the instruments that were available for sale. I was able to get a same day appointment with luck as there was a terrific sale going on and I just happened to hit it at the right time. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Shaun (owner) and was given the most terrific tour of their facility. There was a great deal to see and learn and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I even got to see some of the professional technicians at work. That in and of itself was a treat. Once the tour was completed I was given the opportunity to play a myriad of new and used pianos in private. Being able to sample all of these instruments at one time without interruption and noise from others really made the difference for me.
After playing for just shy of an hour, I was able to ask Shaun a series of questions that helped me to make my decision. I didn't get the impression of a sales like atmosphere which made the decision process so much less stressful. I was afforded the opportunity to think about the decision and talk it over with my partner without feeling the pressure of an impending sale price end or limited services, etc. I'm very thankful for the approach of this organization. With a purchase of this magnitude, no one needs added pressure.
Within a day or so I had made my decision to by a very slightly used grand piano and I was able to complete all of the necessary logistics details either by phone or by e-mail. Shaun made the process very simple and maintained thorough communication right through the delivery process.
I'm very happy with the instrument, it was delivered yesterday. It looks a LOT bigger in my home than it did in the showroom, but it is breathtaking and I couldn't be happier with my selection. Thank you Shaun and PianoCraft!

Matt was patient, judicious, and thorough in working with me to voice the piano according to my taste without pushing it too far or destroying its inherent character. I have heard pianos that were overcorrected and sounded awful; he explained why, and treated my piano with realism and great care. I am delighted with the results, and look forward to continuing the relationship.
I see from the comments below that PianoCraft is not active on Angie's List, so they will not see this. Call them anyway.
