He gave a very detailed line-item proposal, discussed less expensive alternatives, he had a vision and a timeline. He completed our new flooring ahead of schedule, which was great because we rented an Airbnb to avoid our dogs from going crazy, and we were able to move back in quicker. Fantastic job with our new deck, new concrete patio and walkways. It’s hard to find good contractors. We’ve had our fair share of less than stellar contractors, but Luis and his team at DMV Pro Services exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was addressed. He even hired a cleaning crew to clean the inside of our home- we didn’t ask for it, but we sure appreciate it. Luis runs a tight ship and he’s able to offer better quotes because he takes the time to really dig into the costs for materials and time. I can’t say enough good things about him. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
