Howard Management is a great company. The crew worked until the wall was completed. Once done all the debris was removed and before they left they made sure that my yard was clean and everything put back in place. Yes, I will hire Howard Management for future project.

Howard Management (HM) did a stellar job with my kitchen project. I had a lot of things I wanted done; of those, some things were absolutely necessary and others were categorized as may get done if there was room in my budget. I placed a call to HM and they scheduled a consultation and estimate. I was very pleased that this visit took place within the same week of my initial call. HM team was very professional and honest. One of the first questions asked was about my budget..while I agree this is important it is my experience that this a feeler question to determine if my project was worth the time of the contractor. To my surprise, HM listened to me and provided a few estimates that were ALL WITHIN MY BUDGET. I was advised of ways I could edit my wants to fit within my budget. At the conclusion of the consultation, HM guaranteed that I would love my new kitchen that was completed on time and within my budget. HM delivered on their promise big time. I now have brand flooring that no longer squeaks nor snag my slippers. The color brightens my kitchen and it even looks bigger. My cabinets are now adored with hardware that is firmly attached to the cabinets. I can get rid of the makeshift counter space created by a stand alone table and make shift island because I now have a row of wall cabinets and a row of wall cabinets. The cabinets allow me to walk freely in my kitchen without having to turn sideways because if my makeshift tables. HM removed the awful eyesore DIY backsplash that went horribly wrong. And the renovation that I am most excited about is the addition of space by moving one cabinet to allow me to now have a regular sized refrigerator no more shopping for an odd sized fridge to fit a narrow space. I cannot praise HM enough for the amazing job that was done. HM truly lives up to its tag line “On Time, On Budget”. I recommend them without reservation!
