BFMD moved quickly to repair the cleanout and provided free line cleanings as we waited for the dig up. Scheduling of the dig up and replace was repeatedly delayed - nearly three weeks beyond the initial estimated start date - which was very frustrating as we were having sewer backups in our home. Can’t speak more highly of the plumbers on staff - Nick in particular. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about their work and satisfaction of the clients. "Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was very assertive that he would find the problem. GREAT JOB!!!"
