"The Mahon Plumbing team was great! They were on time and did a fabulous job! The Mahon representative "Chris" was very professional, informative and honest. The workers did a good job cleaning up by replacing the grass and they even put mulch down. To top it off they had a $300 coupon here on Angie's list that really help a lot!!

"Sterling at Dun Rite was fantastic. We had a sewer main overflow and needed relatively quick help and some hand-holding. He is extremely knowledgeable and talked us through the issues in a way we could understand. He communicated well with us about when he d make it to the house and was prompt. "Received fast up-front price from BFMD for our sewer line dig up and replace, and repair of basement cleanout. BFMD moved quickly to repair the cleanout and provided free line cleanings as we waited for the dig up. Scheduling of the dig up and replace was repeatedly delayed - nearly three weeks beyond the initial estimated start date - which was very frustrating as we were having sewer backups in our home. Can’t speak more highly of the plumbers on staff - Nick in particular. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about their work and satisfaction of the clients. Management should work to improve scheduling process and establish clear internal policies to provide clients assurance of timeliness of work."

"Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was very assertive that he would find the problem. GREAT JOB!!!"
