BFMD moved quickly to repair the cleanout and provided free line cleanings as we waited for the dig up. Scheduling of the dig up and replace was repeatedly delayed - nearly three weeks beyond the initial estimated start date - which was very frustrating as we were having sewer backups in our home. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged.
