"I have hesitated to write this review because the company was supposed to send someone out to do a touchup the next time they were in my area, but they never came.  Since where the touch up is needed (a corner of the tub) isn't really noticeable to me, and as more and more time went by, I just let it go. This is the reason I downgraded "responsiveness" to a B. Otherwise I would have given an A grade because the men who did the work were excellent.
My advice: Don't pay immediately after the job is finished but wait for a bill. That way if something needs to be fixed, the company will have an incentive to send someone out. Since I had already paid in full, there was no such incentive.
I was surprised at the size of the exhaust hose that is used while the tub finish is being applied. Because my bathroom is small, the hose had to go down the front hall and out the front door. Fortunately, the weather was not cold. The finish had to cure before the rest of the work could be completed. The smell wasn't pleasant, but it was tolerable.
I don't remember if it was the next day or two days later that the wall surround was put up over the existing tile, the ceiling lined, and a new drain and new fixtures installed. The installer was a different man from the one who had applied the glaze. He worked very hard, as it wasn't an easy job, due to some irregularities in the bathtub tile area. He also screwed in the grip bars that had to be removed before the wall lining could go up.
All in all I was satisfied with the work, although the caulking that was used gets moldy, and the mold is hard to remove. The wall surround and ceiling, however, do not attract mold, hallelujah.  I thought the price was right. I'm glad I had the work done.

He didn't want us to do more moving than was necessary. Cleveland arrived early on our scheduled paint day and began covering our furniture with plastic. He was so careful to cover our brand new kitchen cabinets and counter tops. He took time to wrap our new dining room light and ceiling fan too. I truly appreciate his attention to detail. He is a talented painter and was able to blend the pre-painted kitchen with the rest of our living room. He took time to patch a small crack in the ceiling that he discovered in our hall. You can no longer see a hint of our ceiling paint disaster. Instead, it looks fresh and flawless. While painting, Cleveland noticed that our attempts to "cut" our kitchen were pretty crooked. He asked if we had the paint left over and redid the walls where they meet the ceiling to offer us a more professional look. He also noticed that our crown molding had never been caulked. He offered to do this for us as well before leaving. This willingness to do some extra work to truly make our home look polished goes above and beyond. Cleveland is kind, careful, attentive, and professional. I have already recommended him to my family members and spoken with him about returning for another job at my home."

"First, the painters moved all of the furniture my wife and I couldn't move, removed the venetian blinds, and covered the carpets, kitchen cabinets, and counter tops with canvas or plastic sheeting.
The painters then spackled, sanded, and caulked  all of the nick, cracks, nail pops, and dings in the walls and ceiling. They also caulked all cracks between the baseboards and the walls, and between the crown molding, walls and ceiling. The ceiling was then painted with two coats of ceiling white, the walls with two coats of satin wall paint, and the trim with two coats of semi gloss white. The painters were prompt, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Each day before the left, the painters cleaned  the areas that they were painting so my wife and I could use the kitchen and family rooms. The finished work was beautiful.
