"Bill, the owner, and Brandon, the technician, both provided world-class customer service from start to finish. To begin, Bill stopped by to perform the in-home consultation and provided recommendations on how he could bring my vision to life with indoor/outdoor security cameras. Brandon did an outstanding job with the installation of all of my Google Nest cameras, assisting with camera placement for the best viewing angle, seamlessly fishing the power cables through the walls, and adding a classy touch by installing brush pass-through wall plates. Brandon managed smaller details such as the cable management for the outdoor camera above my garage flawlessly as it was presented in a clean and neat manner. Both Bill and Brandon treated my home as if it were their own and I will definitely seek to work with them again in the future. Candidly, I had another in-home consultation conducted by one of the big box retailers to help with this project prior to looking to Home Advisor, but I was so disappointed with that experience that I'm glad that I was paired up with NexImage Inc. If you are looking for service professionals that will get it right the first time, look no further than NexImage Inc. Thank you again Bill and Brandon!"

"Technician alerted me to matters that I had not thought of and advised me on options I had not considered. By his actions he showed concern that I would be satisfied with the work. For example, he contacted not once, but twice to confirm the job was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend, Ready Installs LLC for your project."

"Ali and his team were great. They were courteous and on time. They mounted four TVs in our house, connected our speakers and game consoles and cable too. We needed a new outlet to hide wires and Ali and his electrician came back the next day to install a new outlet. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for other projects around my house."

"Very nice man arrived to install my new sound bar. He had some problems with the volume but eventually worked it out.Altogether, it was a pleasant experience."

"James was very professional and awesome to work with. He came on short notice and went over and beyond to get the job done. Works very efficiently and cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend him and in fact will ask him to come back to do another installation soon."

"They were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I asked for a closet rebuild, a popcorn ceiling removed and replaced, and a front door to be replaced. All work was was done well and in a timely manner. I will be scheduling Jim Ness Handyman for several other jobs."

"My NetGear Nighthawk Router was set - up, as efficiently as cold be expected and I was left with a fully functional -Fiber to Wifi install."

"The technician that came out was great! He wasted know time fixing things. He did a great job and even mounted my TV for me. The problem I had was the harassing e-mails and calls after they completed the job asking for money for parts they bought (that I did not authorize them to buy). The receptionist was very rude and ultimatly sent an email saying "Since your obviously not going to pay, we will take it up as a loss, as we know you probably owe everyone anyway." Like seriously lady how rude. They need to do better about clarifying additional costs. If I have already paid you 400 plus dollars everything should be included and I don't need to be talked down too."

"We were delighted with the outcome of the installation of a new surround on our fireplace. This was a re-do of an initial installation by another contractor that did not work out too well! I was nervous about getting this done right and Kevin put me at ease immediately. He was precise, highly skilled, and very aware that we were not happy with the first installation. It turned out beautifully."

"I needed to replace a window air conditioner on the second floor. The installer was very professional and explained things. He was careful and measured for perfect alignment before and during installation. He was very courteous, tidy and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend him as a great pro!"
