The problem I had was the harassing e-mails and calls after they completed the job asking for money for parts they bought (that I did not authorize them to buy). The receptionist was very rude and ultimatly sent an email saying "Since your obviously not going to pay, we will take it up as a loss, as we know you probably owe everyone anyway." Like seriously lady how rude. They need to do better about clarifying additional costs.
