To begin, Bill stopped by to perform the in-home consultation and provided recommendations on how he could bring my vision to life with indoor/outdoor security cameras. Brandon did an outstanding job with the installation of all of my Google Nest cameras, assisting with camera placement for the best viewing angle, seamlessly fishing the power cables through the walls, and adding a classy touch by installing brush pass-through wall plates. Brandon managed smaller details such as the cable management for the outdoor camera above my garage flawlessly as it was presented in a clean and neat manner. Both Bill and Brandon treated my home as if it were their own and I will definitely seek to work with them again in the future. Candidly, I had another in-home consultation conducted by one of the big box retailers to help with this project prior to looking to Home Advisor, but I was so disappointed with that experience that I'm glad that I was paired up with NexImage Inc. The problem I had was the harassing e-mails and calls after they completed the job asking for money for parts they bought (that I did not authorize them to buy). The receptionist was very rude and ultimatly sent an email saying "Since your obviously not going to pay, we will take it up as a loss, as we know you probably owe everyone anyway." Like seriously lady how rude. They need to do better about clarifying additional costs. If I have already paid you 400 plus dollars everything should be included and I don't need to be talked down too."
