I live in another state and would be unable to reconnect her equipment. I googled technicians and James’ business came up. I sent him a message and he called me with 30 minutes. I told him what I needed and he immediately agreed to take the small job. He arrived at my Mom’s apartment promptly around the time he promised. He even contacted Verizon to troubleshoot a problem with my Mom’s internet. My mom and her caregiver said he was very professional and courteous. And even though he had to travel from Columbia to Essex, his charges were extremely reasonable."
