"On 6/3/2021, I booked with this company and received a confirmation that someone was coming to my home at 800am on 6/5/2021. At 815am, there was no one at my home so I called the company number which is a cell phone. I spoke with the owner who ensured me he would be at my place after he fixed his car problems. About 30 mins later, he called me and informed me he thought I was someone else and that he wasn't coming. I informed the owner that I relied on the booking to my detriment and he told me he did not know why my booking was confirmed and he subsequently hung up on me. I lost valuable time relying on this company when I could have used another business. Please be warned that this company misleads and misrepresents services ,and I will be reporting this business to the Maryland Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division."
