"Got ripped off...do not use this company without an estimate, remember companies can get anyone to write a review to say how great they are, last week they charged $839.00 for a simple plastic 1/2" pipe repair in Fenwick, De. I was not there, my daughter was. So be warned - part of the bill said $360 - to lay down drop cloth, open hole in drywall, and sweep up. I called them 3 times, and sent an email, no one would call me back, this was before I posted anything negative - so be warned. CWO"

I don't know if he takes time off, as he's researched info and been back to us well after normal business hours to help us as quickly as possible. He has spent time on the phone with me when I have had questions about an issue that was water related (water filter) but not truly a plumbing issue.
