My master bathroom is the best 5 star bath room, its as if Im walking into to a spa. Not lonely dud they do an amazing job the service was prompt and very professional. This company really stand by their product and craftsman ship. David and Jose some other project in our home as well. It's so awesome to know someone who is very skilled. "Mahati came to our house to redo our shower, put down flooring, install a new toilet and set a vanity. He was punctual every day and the first day he set up coverings on our floor. Every day he cleaned up all his tools and materials. Mahati’s work is excellent and asked us if he needed to know how we wanted something to look. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and will recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled. We are giving Renken Remodeling a well deserved 5 star rating."

"Robbie is polite and knowledgeable. He has done other work for us in the past which overall was very good. He quoted a certain price which we understood would cover the work to be done, but when the time came to do it, we had to spend more and eliminate several aspects to cover the total cost. It is possible that this was just a misunderstanding, since he is pretty casual about contract details. I agree with the other reviewers that rated his company a B overall: beware of his subcontractors which make serious as well as cosmetic mistakes and be aware that he may take weeks or months to contact you, unless it's an emergency. I also thought his price estimates were in the high range, although I believe the finished project was probably higher quality than much less expensive contractors."

I recommend them for any construction project, you will pay a little more than others but the peace of mind is worth it."

"Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."
