"Five Stars. Background: we hired ARMS Home Improvement to completely remodel two bathrooms: Master and Hall (remove tub and create walk-in shower). Required plumbing, electrical, paint, framework, waterproofing, flooring, and problem-solving for issues that arose in both. Allen worked diligently and patiently with us to provide the bathrooms we designed and envisioned. Provided us with vendors. Worked with us on scheduling. Left the workspaces clean and tidy EVERY day. Gave us options on many decisions for component placement and honored our choices and explained why it would or wouldn't work. Allen respected our community surroundings (parking, trash, etc.) and integrated the work seamlessly into our daily lives. We felt the price paid for the scope of work delivered was of great value. We recommend ARMS Home Improvement very highly for virtually any home improvement project you want to do."

"Mahati came to our house to redo our shower, put down flooring, install a new toilet and set a vanity. He was punctual every day and the first day he set up coverings on our floor. Every day he cleaned up all his tools and materials. Mahati’s work is excellent and asked us if he needed to know how we wanted something to look. "Robbie is polite and knowledgeable. He has done other work for us in the past which overall was very good. He quoted a certain price which we understood would cover the work to be done, but when the time came to do it, we had to spend more and eliminate several aspects to cover the total cost. It is possible that this was just a misunderstanding, since he is pretty casual about contract details. I agree with the other reviewers that rated his company a B overall: beware of his subcontractors which make serious as well as cosmetic mistakes and be aware that he may take weeks or months to contact you, unless it's an emergency. I also thought his price estimates were in the high range, although I believe the finished project was probably higher quality than much less expensive contractors."

From the design process through construction, everyone we worked with was professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. Like most remodeling projects, there was a small issue that came up during the work that needed to be corrected. What impressed us was how quickly our project manager responded. There was no arguing or trying to avoid the issue?they listened to our concern, took care of it, and made sure we were satisfied before moving forward. That gave us a lot of confidence in the team.
