The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. "I called Rick on Saturday. He came to plan the project on Sunday, began the work on Tuesday and was finished that Saturday. From phone call to finish, 1 week. Rick changred the shape of the countertop from an "L" to a "U," added 2 cabinets, and built the tile countertop on site,. He added a tile backsplash with the extra tile at no additional cost!! He finsihed the project by completing the trim to blend everything together. He used a special stain-proof grout, relieving my concern of food staining the grout. And I just love the oak trim edging on my ceramic tile!!."
