He said everything was 495.00 and then he said it was 150.00 on top of that. I was very upset that he change the price agreed on at the end. I had more things to get a fix and he did not want to."

After the work was done, we found the outside pipe was not buried as we expected, so we called the inspector. He said because it was not specified in the contract, the crew missed that part.
