Paul is an excellent technician. He's quiet and gets right to work. Because he's small however sometimes there is a wait for service. Normally he's very responsive and always does the job right. We have used him for years.

Arrived right on time and got to work quickly. He is a real gentleman. Explains things thoroughly. Very courteous. Quite competent. He has been our plumber with many projects at our house for a few years now and we have always been totally satisfied with his work. I'd give him an A+ if I could.

Paul installed the water and waste lines for a sink and a washing machine for us and also the gas lines for a gas fireplace and grill. He was quick, efficient, very clean with the work area, and incredibly pleasant to work with. He always arrived promptly and his prices were very good. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend him.

We are really happy with the work Paul did installing our new higher BTU gas water heater.  He was on-time, efficient, and competitively priced.  He discovered an issue that no one had been able to do.  He also fixed piping that had been done by another company years ago.  He was neat and cleaned up after.  Scheduling was a breeze, emails were responded to promptly and I would not hesitate to use Patarini Plumbing again!

He was very prompt. We had been given a start time 10-12 AM, of course dependent on how his previous job that day would go. He showed up exactly at 10 AM. Although there apparently were some difficulties, (I was not there myself) they were overcome, and it lasted more or less the promised 3 hours. My wife was very happy with the experience. We will definitely ask him for proposals in the future.

It went great. He arrived on time, got to work removing the old disposal and then installed the new one. He tested the unit to make sure it worked properly and then cleaned up leaving the kitchen as he found it. The entire job took about 75 minute. He was excellent.

Mr. Patarini or his wife always returned phone calls quickly.
Mr. Patarini, who is a master plumber, works by himself. He is extremely competent, responsive, helpful, and courteous. The work was performed during the estimated time and he was here most of the day. He has a very professional manner.
His wife was also responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I feel like I have found a plumber for life.

After speaking to several plumbers about the job and not satisfied with their response and price, I got Paul's information from a neighbor. Paul was fantastic. He came in the first day, disconnected the plumbing allowing me to do the framework. He came back two days later to connect everything. He was very thorough and the quality of workmanship was great. His price was even better. Scheduling was breeze too. He called the day before to confirm the time and was at my house when he said he was going to be there. No 4 hour window. Paul will be my go-to plumber for now on.

We have used him for several years and we like him. His name is Paul Patarini. The experience with him was good. He always does a good job for us. We have only lived in this house for 2 years. Our last house we had a UV light on our well for bacteria. His wife works with him. She takes care of the phones and billing. She just kept track of it and she would call me every year and remind me to get my light changed and take care of my water system. I loved that they kept track of it instead of me having to remember to do those things. I loved that about them. They are very responsive. I don't think we have called him for an emergency, but he is able to come out usually within half a week or a week and take care of things for us. I don't remember the cost of the last service because my husband took care of it. They do a pretty good job keeping track of things for us. We have used him for so long that we trust him. If we can't be here for something and he knows where to go and what to do, we can just leave the door open for him. We trust him being in the house when we are not here, so that is nice too. I trust him. I trust that he is not going to tell me something that needs to be done that doesn't need to be done. I trust him in my house by himself. He is just really trustworthy. I don't have anything to compare his price to and know whether he is average or expensive. I have used him for probably 12 or 13 years. I haven't used anybody else so I don't know how much the others charge.

Paul was prompt, got the work done quickly and cleanly, even checked the other outside faucet. Done in 90 minutes and done really well.

We have used Paul several times in the past for various jobs including gas water heater install and a toilet plumbing "emergency" (where Paul came out to our house within hours of us calling on a Saturday). The most recent job was a relocation of our plumbing in our kitchen that we were remodeling. He is prompt and doesn't waste time when he is on the job. He does good quality work. He cleaned up the area well after the job. Would absolutely call again!

HE WAS VERY FAVORABLE. I HAVE USED HIM A COUPLE OF TIMES. ONCE I HAD A PIPE BREAK OFF IN MY SHOWER AND HE CAME THAT SAME DAY TO DO THE WORK. HIS PRICING IS PRETTY FAIR. HE DOES A REALLY GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.
