Once I was scheduled, Dillon was on time and knowledgeable about the work to be done. He did a fantastic job and was patient with me while I asked questions along the way. The weather turned to storms a little earlier than planned, so we had to schedule another day for him to come out and seal the driveway. On the rescheduled day, he came back out and sealed, but then there was a small issue with the joint compound refills. We scheduled another day for the project to be completed and third time is the charm. He finished the work and it looks great. There were a couple small issues with getting back on the schedule (communication with the front office, aligning dates, but it was resolved quickly - just needed to continue following up). I was some what apprehensive because the pool deck is almost 30 yrs old and had uplifted sections for a number of yrs. They explained the process and then got to work.
