The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. The Ballard team came in and assessed the situation, repaired not only that paver, but tightened up all of the pavers along the perimeter of our patio. That thing isn't going anywhere any time soon! The team arrived when expected, did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, and left me very pleased with the end results."
