"I called Day & Night Plumber again because I had a good experience with their plumber Lal last time. His brother Saul(?) came this time to replace the toilet. As the brother, he explained everything in detail and did the job carefully. There was a little communication problem at the beginning. I called in for a toilet replacement two days earlier and instructed them to come with a specific toilet that I want from Home Depot. I texted the dispatcher the screen shot of the product from Home Depot's website and got her to confirm the job. But the plumber apparently did not get the information so he had to go out to get the toilet which added an extra hour to the job. But overall I like this company. It's small the job quality is consistent. The price is also reasonable. Will hire again for sure."

"Brian Spurlin (and assistant Joshua) arrived promptly, with all the necessary equipment, and set right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently - the bathtub drain blockage was completely cleared in no more than 10 minutes. Afterward, Brian told me about a helpful (and very inexpensive) tool that could help me fix any future drain blockages without having to call a plumber - he even directed me to their website (it's also available at DIY centers). He also volunteered helpful advice about how to help prevent toilet blockages, and information about hot water heaters (mine is very old and due for replacement). Overall, a thoroughly professional and reasonably priced service. Brian will definitely be our go-to plumber in the future."
