"Well let me start by saying I called several water heater companies to inquire about an estimate for my hot water heater that was not getting real hot. He was the ONLY repair person to come out that gave me the feeling he was trying to fix my hot water heater and not trying to sale me a new hot water. I never had a hot water heater water heater issue before therefore i was not familar with pontential problems. Everbody tried to get me to buy something called elements without actually trying to fix my heater. Wallace plumbing was able to identify some pressure thing or something with the thermostat that he fixed and saved me pontially thousands of dollars that other companies tried to sales pitch me. I then called Wallace plumbing because my toliet kept running and Wallace came out and fixed my toliet in minutes and his prices are very affordable. I will be using Wallace plumbing for any future needs and I recommend them!"

"Mr. Crowell was Knowledgeable, Moved Super fast to fix my problem and made us feel like he actually cared about getting the job done right! I had several estimates done and A R Crowell outdid them ALL! Although we should be ok with plumbing for awhile, I WILL keep them for recommendations, the experience was great and we didn’t feel like we got robbed when we paid them!
