Great! I called earlier today for a house call and got appointment today. Prompt service, repair expert was knowledgeable, professional, extremely nice and did a great job. On top of that the price was reasonable. Can’t ask for better than that!

Stanford immediately realized what the problem was with my camera. He was very professional, thorough, and offered me advice as to having my laptop perform more efficiently. I highly recommend Stanford if you are having any computer issues. And, I will only contact Stanford with any future issues I may encounter with my laptop. He's my new Best Friend? I am sooooo glad I found Hardware Hero. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem and fix it. He was very professional and personable. I have already scheduled another appointment with him for another issue I am having with downloading. I plan to contact him to fix my husband's computer in the very near future. He is now a contact in my phone and will remain there. He is now our computer go to guy!
