The provider was skilled and courteous and was able to fix the problem quickly. Also, although the cost was not inexpensive, it was far less expensive than many others. My only concern was that he arrived 45 minutes late, but he called to say he would be late, in part because his GPS was not accurate and in part because he'd spent a longer time than he expected at his previous appointment. Overall, I'd certainly call him again if I have computer problems.

I made a critical error when I attempted to partition my hard drive, subsequently deleting the recovery drive. Lucky for me, I stumbled across Rantek and had my issue resolved before I needed my laptop for the following day. Special thanks to Rich for his professionalism.
