He, his crew, and all subcontractors did exceptional work, clearly enjoying doing a good job and taking pride in it. Willie himself is an excellent listener, always open to questions, suggestions, and reasonable changes, gives solid advice. He really wants a happy customer. He and all of his crew were professional, personable, and easy to have around, and the problems that arise in any project were handled quickly and gracefully. My wife and I actually missed having them here after they finished. When the work started, they were on it five days a week, showing up punctually and staying with it through the day: no other jobs interfered. Then they cleaned up really well every day. I also like that they use high quality tools and know how to operate them. The project was completed very close to schedule, running only one day over, and the cost was exactly as shown on the estimates. All changes made during the project were noted and recorded on the day they happened, and all invoices and receipts were emailed punctually.
