Bob called almost immediately, spoke with us about our concerns, and set up an appointment to show us options for the very next morning. Bob went over several options with us and scheduled our three day installation for Thursday. We ended up having additional questions and Bob spoke to us on the phone and even came by the house again to alleviate our concerns. On the first day of installation Mike, the installer, arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and even took the time to make sure we were happy with the first window before moving on to the rest of the house. Mike’s technical skill is exceptional! The three day job only took two days and Mike made sure to answer all of our questions before he left.
