Do not recommend this company. They do very good work but terrible customer service. Nick and the lady who takes payments are very rude and donà ¢à  à  t know how to talk to their customers.

I had been searching for a dependable and affordable general contractor to remodel the interior of my grandparentâ s neglected walkout basement since this summer. The focus of this project was to give them a better retirement living experience. The project was large in scope to include a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room, full bath, foyer, and utility room, so I had to find a contractor that had the resources to tackle the job. Based on so many positive reviews, an affordable quote, hours of free consultation, and their eagerness to help us with this project myself and my grandparents decided that Chesco interior remodeling was the perfect choice. What I discovered from working with Chesco remodeling during the construction phase is that they believe in quality workmanship, and constant communication of the ongoing process. Chesco brought the energy, organization, talent, and knowledge to a project with many moving parts. Chesco is truly a family friendly operation that I quickly realized after first meeting with Charles and Ramona. Charles, Owner of Chesco, says it best in his bioâ ¦ â I treat every homeowner we work with as part of my extended family.â Meeting with Charles I could tell right away from his demeanor that he was a trustworthy businessman who appreciated his customers especially his fellow Vets. Iâ m still mystified how Charles keeps his prices so affordable with such quality work. I consider myself fortunate to have found this family run business. Ramona, Operations Manager, put her heart and soul into leading this project to its timely finish. She had spent countless hours of her free time making sure that everything was perfect for my grandparents. Ramona also spent a lot of time working on procuring supplies. The crown modeling that she picked out for us added much needed character to the finished rooms. It was remarkable working with Ramona with her shining communication skills and ability to bring our design requirements to life. Ramona has many great qualities but I think her best quality is she was always attentive to what our project required and any concerns that we may have had. Grant, Production Manager, brought his knowledge as a master craftsman to the project. We ran into several issues during the project with a cracked foundation and leaking patio door and Grant was quick to adapt to the situation and offer timely solutions. I also appreciated how Grant waited for cabinet delivery before starting the project to avoid any supply issue work gaps. Grant also checked in regularly to monitor workers to be sure that things were running smoothly. I believe that Grants greatest quality is he has a â Can-doâ attitude for every unique situation. I was also fortunate enough to meet Chassidy. She has some amazing videography skills. I really enjoyed viewing some of her online videos. Chesco employs some really nice technology for their customers including a job board and job progress photos that can be easily downloaded. This was really beneficial to me since I could not be on site everyday to check the progress. While there were many talented people to make this project a reality, a few really stood out for their work. Mark, his business partner & crew installed recessed lighting throughout giving the project a model home feel. They were also able to install ethernet connections, swap out old outlets, and wire up all the appliances. Louise, the master carpenter and his crew did some magnificent work. Louise is a jack of all trades with skills in flooring, doors, windows, cabinet installation and probably a thousand other things. He is the real deal with his carpentry skills. Great Job Chesco!

They were very nice and professional. The job was completed in one day and now our chimney doesn't leak anymore. Very reasonably priced and we didn't have to wait to get the job done.

Very responsive and great to work with. Very minor issue with scheduling the estimate but I was compensated very nicely. Work was done in good time. I will only know if the repair was effective when we get a hard rain, so itâ s difficult for me to tell right now. Iâ ve been assured that if there is still a leak they warranty their service so they will be back to get it right.

The rep examined roof and concluded that he could not guarantee repair. He also pointed out that the roof probably needed to be replaced. I agree with his assessment. He refused to take money for his inspection. which I offered.

They came after hours to see the problem then came back first thing in the morning before the rain started to fix the roof. Very happy with their service.

They really provided expert analysis of the cause of our leaky roof around a skylight and how to fix it - and it wasn't the skylight itself as others tried to tell me. They also told me what I could (should) do to prevent, or at least minimize, the recurrence of the problem. the only reason I don't give 5 stars for an overall rating is that I rarely give any business a full 5-star rating unless they really wow me. When I pay for a service I expect quality and professionalism, so my 4.5 rating indicates I am very satisfied. I'm very likely to use Chesco for any future roofing needs.

It was a pleasure working with Charles from Chesco Remodeling. He contacted me daily with updates throughout the process. The roof was installed in 1day. The workers were efficient and cleaned everything up before they left. The price was very reasonable. The roof looks great! I will surely use them again for any additional remodeling/work that needs done on my home.

Why roof was 9 yrs old and the roofer I had phil dibello would not honor my warranty for faulty shingles cheasco remodeling game and gave me. His opinion and re sealed my roof and told me I would evenly I would have to purchase a new roof I thought I wouldn't need a roof because my shingles had a 25yr warranty I'm senior and cheasco was very kind and I'm standing I highly would recommend them
