Booth Brothers is the best. We recently hired Josh and his team to replace our roof, siding, windows and paint exterior doors, foundation, and brick. Their craftsmanship was outstanding! Josh provided us with a very competitive bid and finished the job within budget and on time. He was extremely helpful in providing suggestions as well as going above and beyond to prepare our home for sale. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any exterior home improvement. Booth Brothers provided great pricing, customer service and installation. They replaced my old shingles with high quality architectural shingles that are absolutely beautiful. They also installed a new ridgevent and vented soffit to replace the obsolete turbines as well as a new venting skylight. I could not be happier with the results.

WOW!!! Christopher Booth puts the pro in professionalism. We contacted Booth Brothers Construction for a roofing estimate after receiving a positive referral from a relative. Unlike the other companies we had contacted, Chris and his son Daniel were the ONLY contractor to climb up on the roof to perform a thorough inspection. In addition to the written diagram displaying our roofing problems, he also showed us numerous photos taken during his inspection. A written estimate was provided detailing all the work needed. Unlike others that provided estimates there was no sales pressure to sign immediately. With regards, to the actual roofing work that was done, I can understand how they received the numerous awards and excellent rating found while doing our research of the company. Their workers were professional, thorough, punctual, and meticulous. Working as a team, his workers completed the work in the time frame promised and left our property as clean as when they arrived. I would highly recommend that you give Christopher a call if you are looking for a roofing specialist who lives up to the A+ rating of the Better Business Bureau and the 5-star rating found on other sites. I called Booth Brothers Construction to take a look at a leak with my roof. The person answering the phone was very friendly and able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Chris Booth came out to do the inspection. He spotted a number of possible candidate issues, including a near gaping hole hidden underneath an overhang. I question whether my previous roof inspector (different company) last year even looked there. Chris showed me photographs of the problem points before and after his repairs. He was very professional and took the time to explain the details of how the construction of the roof should be done to prevent water penetration, which I appreciate. I felt the price for the work done was very reasonable.

I gave them a C rating because of the windows and I did not receive a warranty for any of the work they did. Even though I requested the warranties several times by contacting them by phone and text. Two windows were installed in my second bedroom. The windows only slightly lift up. They are stuck. I called and sent a text to the owners of the company on May 11, 2020 asking for someone to come and take a look at the windows and resolve the problem. Today is May 30, 2020, and still I have not heard from anyone. These windows were installed in November 2019. I have sent the owners another text today, (May 30, 2020), requesting that they get in touch with me about the windows by next week. I am hoping that someone responds to my request. I don't think that it is unreasonable to ask for a response from this company or to receive the warranties I had requested. As for the new roof and siding on my house, I have no issues. They also repaired my chimney. I believe that they did a good job on this work. If it was not for the problem with the windows and not receiving the warranties, the rating would have been higher.

Working with Booth Brothers could not have been any better. From their quick response and fast estimate, to a very fair price and a courteous installation crew, Booth Brothers was fantastic. This review is long overdue. We had a leaking roof on new construction. Attempting to resolve it with the builder was a nightmare, to say the least. I read reviews and came upon Booth Brothers. They came out on a Saturday and were able to repair our roof Monday as rain was expected the rest of that week. Their price was half that of another estimate I had gotten and it came with a 20-year guarantee. And they swing by just to inspect the roof every two years. As if all of that wasn't good enough, they threw in SO many extras that I honestly feel they undercharged me! They hauled away -a lot- of garbage I was cleaning out from my basement, they patched and painted my bedroom ceiling and wall where we had previously had a leak, patched and painted stucco on the outside of our house, caulked tile, and replaced air filters. I may even be forgetting some of the extras. All with a willingness to help us out that I'm still so grateful for. We will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them.

Chris did an excellent job. There was extensive damage. So we are waiting on insurance company.

I am very please with the services provided by Booth Brothers. Joshua had outstanding customer service and really showed interest in me as a customer. He was honest and explained exactly what needed to be done and why.

I recently bought a townhouse at the end of May and during a recent HOA inspection, I found out that there was rotting wood on the dormers (fake windows) up on my roof. The roof itself had been replaced by the previous owner less than a month before my closing but I was unable to get in touch with that particular roofing company to find out why this project hadn't been taken care of initially. I found Booth Brothers after searching online and received a phone call from Chris the day after I left a message on their voicemail. He came to give me an estimate (he was my third and I ended up canceling the fourth) last Saturday and I was beyond impressed at how thorough he was with inspecting everything. His estimate was thousands less than I had been given by two prior companies. I received the final scope of work and estimate on Tuesday and by Thursday the work was started and finished on Friday. He found out that additional work he wanted his crew to complete wasn't taken care of (he noticed that the paint on the block of wood that has my house numbers on it was chipped away and the numbers themselves were dirty and he wanted them to fix it) and he is sending his crew back over on Monday even though I already paid him. He quickly responded to text messages and I will definitely be using his company again next spring/summer to fix my lower patio on the back of my house. An unexpected and overwhelming project ended up turning into an absolutely great experience and I couldn't be happier!!!

We hired Booth Brothers Construction to inspect and repair our roof which had been giving us problems since our home was built over a decade ago. Over many years we have had numerous areas of water penetration in our home and have called upon many “experts” in the roofing and construction industry to come out and find/fix the problems. None of them succeeded in finding the sources of water penetration into our home. It wasn’t until Chris Booth came out to our house and walked our roof with his expert eye that the sources of the problems were identified. Chris took pictures of the numerous flaws and defects in our roof and sat down with us and went through each one, explaining in great detail what the defect was and how the roof was compromised in a way that allowed water seepage and penetration into our home. After providing us with a very fair and reasonable estimate, Chris, Josh, Dave, and the rest of the BBC crew came back out to repair and replace our roof, including repairing damaged under layment, installing water/ice shield, and replacing a poorly built chimney cricket. Now, for the first time since our home was built, we have a professionally installed and fantastic-looking roof that is leak-free. If you are looking for industry pros and extremely competent roofers to inspect, diagnose, and repair roof issues, Chris and Josh will get the job done correctly and at a fair price. Their honesty, integrity, and above all else their knowledgeable approach to our roofing issues was very much appreciated by us. BBC is an A-rated company!

Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end. Chris never never pressured us to make decisions and the price was very reasonable. Chris and Josh Booth showed up everyday to see how the job was going. They were both terrific to work with. The work crews were great as well. Chris was always quick to respond whenever there were any questions. Our house looks terrific!! The whole process was very pleasant. We would definitely recommend Booth Brothers Construction!!

I have purposely waited to review this roof job to see if it held up, and if the promise follow up support would be provided as promised. TLDR: I would recommend Josh to anyone and am 100% satisfied with my roof If you want details, here they are... Josh Booth was a straight shooter right off the bat. He gave me an estimate for the roof and construction of a heat pump platform on the roof and it was a great price. As the tear off began, we realized there were cedar shingles underneath the flat roof membrane (good old Baltimore row houses right?) Josh did have to adjust the final price due to the material cost, but did not charge for the extra day's worth of labor required to remove and dispose of the cedar shingles. My only complaint was the day before the job was done. Some kind of emergency came up and the crew could not come finish the roof that day because they had to go to another jobsite... and the forecast was rain. There were minor leaks in the house since my roof wasn't finished yet, but not enough to cause any damage that needed to be repaired. Regardless, Josh's team came in to check out the inside of the house to see where it leaked and offered to hire painters, drywall crew, etc. to fix any damage. I declined the offer because there was no lasting damage, but it was still stressful when it shouldn't have been. Fast forward to now, the roof is great. Had one issue post, with a piece of flashing that fell off the side of the house. Josh's team came out first thing the next day, replaced it free of charge, and shored up other areas around the sides where a similar problem could have occured. 10/10 would recommend Booth Brothers and would use them again.

Everything went extremely well. Very responsive, did the roof quickly and very cleanly. Perfect cleanup. Competitive pricing. I would definitely recommend them... Really knew what they were talking about, and did the job right.

These guys were fantastic. Moved into a new house that needed a new roof shortly thereafter and some other items fixed on the side/top of the house. The quote was fair and Chris explained everything that needed to be done in the initial assessment through photos and explanations of our options. They came the next day to take care of everything and were finished in about 6-7 hours. Chris and his team were courteous and professional and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. I would hire this contractor again -- they even fixed a broken window sill and patched a few brick holes for free.
