"I contacted Bob to get a quote on getting security film and tinted film installed on several windows in my house. Bob was extremely responsive and came to give me a quote at a time that worked for me. The quote was very reasonable and we scheduled the install. I had to reschedule the night before the install and Bob was very understanding and we rescheduled with no issue. Michael came to do the install and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and put on all the film perfectly. One of the windows was tough as it was old, very large, and had a lot of panes. Michael left no mess and didn't damage any windows. No bubbles in the film, it sits on the window perfectly. I would highly recommend!"

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. "The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work."

Back in the late winter I had snow blowing down from my skylight into the top floor of the house.   WBR (Matt Cisna) came out while I was on a work trip and inspected and had his workers caulk things up.      In reality I could have limped along with my roof as it was for a little longer however I asked matt to give me a full estimate for replacement of the roof collars and skylight.    I felt the price was more than reasonable and the company reviews seemed consistent and I felt that I had found a good company. 

The team showed up this last Saturday to install the roof and did a very thorough job.   Everyone who showed up to put my roof on was professional and they did a complete and thorough cleanup at the end.      I am very pleased with the results.   I always get nervous when making such a significant repair and my mind was put at ease from the beginning.
