Had my concerns and expectations, I had several other companies come and give quotes for double the price. Especially ORKIN. Orkin tried to use care tactics to sign contract without any explanation. Chris gave the quote and the crew arrived a week later as scheduled. Chris has a great work crew who were professional , caring, and did high quality work. Every step of the way, I was communicated and was filled in. I was shown before , during and after photos. There IS A DIFFERENCE in duct cleaners. Most only clean "some" of the system, but DUCTZ Cleans the entire system including the Air Handler, supply and return ducts, and all components in the duct system. We are NADCA Certified (National Air Duct Cleaners Assoc) Air duct and Dryer vent Cleaning. DUCTZ is dedicated to making every home a cleaner and healthier place to be. We care about your home and respect it in every way. We don’t just clean ducts, we restore air conditioning systems to peak cleanliness. Our cleaning procedures are in full compliance with the industry standards from NADCA and ACCA. Not all duct cleaners are alike. Our techniques involve far more than simply air whipping your ducts. Ducts are fully brushed with brushes suitable for the ductwork being cleaned (see photos for the huge difference brushing makes over just using air tools). We take before and after photos as part of our process, assuring that all ducts are thouroughly clean. They were diligent and stayed focused on the task. Before I knew it, they were reattaching the cleaned vent covers and removing the equipment. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."
