"TENACITY TENACITY TENACITY! Instead of the often heard real estate mantra: location location location. Cindy Beline listed our property and did everything in her power to help with its sale, even toward the final haul in which she was doing the work and communicating for both us and the buyer's agent. Cindy is down-to-earth, direct and honest. She is also sophisticated and was very quick to understand our needs and what was important to us in the sale of our home. She made excellent recommendations for the staging of our condo as well. I will work with Cindy again without hesitation."

"Greg and his team moved my belongings, first into storage then into my new home. They worked very hard, very efficiently and with no damage to belongings or the home. In the new home, the experience was the same. We were so happy to see that none of our belongings were damaged, broken or even scratched. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg and his team for any move, large or small!"

"It was good and bad. I had changed the day to a day when she was already booked. She had helped me change the date because something had come up. I talked to whoever was in charge, and she was really nice, and at first she said she didn't have anybody to do it at the new time, and then she said that she would find somebody, so I don't think it was the regular crew on the regular schedule. I wasn't here when they came out. My husband took off work so he could be here. They were originally due to come out on Thursday and I put it off a day, so they came out on Friday. I don't know exactly what all happened, but it was supposed to be the complete house cleaning, with a whole list of things that they were supposed to do. We had chosen not to have them clean inside the stove or refrigerator or the master bedroom suite. We took those off the list ourselves. When I got home, the house looked nice, and looked like they did a good job of what they cleaned in the remaining bathrooms, and the kitchen in general. My husband said that he and my son had vacuumed, after they left. They had to vacuum off of the residue that their vacuum cleaner was not strong enough to pick up. When I went to a couple of rooms downstairs, they may have lightly dusted the tops of the tables and stuff, but the lower shelves of the tables and book cases were not dusted at all. I had called while they were here, and my husband said that there were two guys and they were working hard and they did a good job. When I got home, it looked like they did a good job on the bathrooms, and the house looked good, but they messed up on the dusting and vacuuming. I wasn't here to give them any feedback, and she did change the time and day for me, so it may not have been her regular crew. They were here only two hours, and there was another package which was 2 hours for little less money, and I got the slightly more expensive one, because I wanted a more thorough job done. I took off some of the items off of the list. They should have done a better job. I would grade them an A on the bathrooms, and a D on the dusting and vacuuming. They did well on some things, and really badly on other things. My husband seemed to think they were good guys and he thought they did a good job, I appreciated that she changed the date for us because something came up and it was short notice. I think nobody asked them to do a more thorough job when they were here. They were here when they were supposed to be."

"I purchased a Groupon for interior painting for one room measuring up to 13' x 15' x 8'.  I paid extra for USA Universal to patch up and paint the ceiling.
The crew arrived late (outside of the time window), however, the lead crew member DID call me in the morning to explain that they were having transportation difficulties.  The two men painted the room using the supplies I purchased (paint, rollers, painter's tape, plastic covering).  They were pleasant and worked quietly.  At the end of the day, after they had cleaned and packed up their things, they asked me to sign-off on the work.  I noted that they had not painted the inside of the closet and had missed some spots near the footboards.  Since they had to move onto their next painting job, the crew lead Andre offered to return the following morning, which he did.  He worked diligently and did a great job.
I would use USA Universal and Andre specifically because, in the end, the job was well done with a helpful attitude.

"Great!! Brennan came a few days earlier than expected. Work was done in a professional manner. Get the measurements correct, speed was NOT the primary interest. Identified stakes, and placed "flags" every 20 feet along the border. Price as extremely reasonable."

Home Staging questions, answered by experts

While LVP won’t increase home value as much as engineered hardwood, it can increase the value somewhat because it creates a warm and inviting aesthetic. It’s also durable and waterproof, so it can be appealing to homebuyers with pets and children. LVP is very low-maintenance, so that can also appeal to homebuyers who don’t want to spend a lot of time keeping up with an engineered or solid hardwood floor.

Keep it clutter-free, ensure bright lighting, and follow staging recommendations to maintain visual appeal.

You'll likely need more than great home staging to sell your home. Now is a great time to get to work on the curb appeal of your home . Hire local exterior painters and landscapers to coat the exterior of your home and bring it new life with some sprucing up.

The average cost to stage a home is around $1,800, with most sellers paying between $800 and $2,800 for professional services. However, the total cost can vary significantly, ranging from $500-$600 for an initial consultation to $5,000 or more for comprehensive, full-home staging.

The final price depends on several factors, including the home's size, location, and condition, as well as the number of rooms being staged. Other key cost drivers include whether you need to rent furniture, the quality of the decor, the stager's experience, and the duration of the staging services. The scope of the project also plays a role, from virtual staging and simple decluttering to full-service design, which may involve repairs and maintenance.

It is generally better to stage a house than to leave it empty, as it can help the home sell faster and for a higher price. Staging helps potential buyers envision themselves living in the property. According to the National Association of Realtors, more than 75% of buyer’s agents report that staging makes it easier for buyers to build a connection with the home. Furthermore, a 2018 survey of over 4,200 professionally staged homes revealed that most sold for 6% to 25% more than their unstaged counterparts. Using a professional staging service can improve a buyer’s opinion of your house and may lead to higher offers.
