"Jermaine with DUN-RITE has been completely unreliable. He came out through my warranty company to repair my washer & ice maker. He claimed he needed 2 people to fix the washer, but told the warranty company it was missing parts. They sent out Sears Appliance when I complained and one person fixed it in less than 10 minutes.
