Joe responded quickly. He worked with me to accommodate my schedule. He gave great customers service. He takes pride in his work. He was also very patient and friendly with my very talkative and inquisitive 5 year old granddaughter. I would definitely recommend and use his services again!!!

Mr. Norvell came out in under 18hrs. To put in some new fittings, and get my brand new propane Range hooked-up. He was very clean, and pleasant while in my home. (Ihad no clue so much was involved with the new ranges.) His rates were better than what my propane provider was going to charge me for the same job ( and they weren't going to fit me in for another 6 days!) I absolutely recommend Novell & Associates ....
