Awesome! Arrived on time. Completed repair and refrigerator is working. Sent refrigerator information a day before with what was wrong and technician had part on truck. Fixed right of way, no waiting. Definitely would use again.

Charles gets 5 stars easily. He was polite and nice to deal with and very responsive very quickly and I believe price was beyond fair. I emailed him on 12/15 and he immediately responded asking questions about my problem which our brand new whirlpool electric stove kept shorting out. He was able to schedule me for today 12/19 between 830-9am he and his son actually showed up ON TIME AHEAD OF TIME!!! He showed me my problem(manufactured issue with wiring)and told me the price of repair before he did it to ensure I was ok with it which I was. He did the repair and our stove is back up please note that Charles could have charged me for the emails from 12/15 to today which he did not he only charged me for when he came out today and for the repair if you want someone local(Fruitland)and honest this is your company trust me!!! Thanks again Charles
