"I used Radon Abetment Services LLC to install a radon system in my basement. John and his team were excellent and I highly recommend them to anybody with this need. John was able via video over phone identify where the system should go. His team was extremely professional and courteous. The installation took a day and the improvement in radon levels was remarkable. We would absolutely use them again."

"After my basement test come back with significantly elevated radon, I contacted radon abatement services at the recommendation of a neighbor. A day and a half later, they were on site. While performing the initial walk through, the experienced and thoughtful professionals adapted their plan to utilize my sump pump. This was an effective strategy as it addressed the main source of radon and concealed the system in completely unfinished space. I just received my post mitigation radon results, and the system is working phenomenally. To sum it up, I was blown away by the responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and reasonableness and can't say enough positive things about this company. I don't ever post reviews, but in this circumstance I absolutely had to."

"Ted Riddick did an excellent job of performing a mold test in our basement, at the buyers request. I was very leary at first, because we recently cleaned the carpets and were concerned and/or confused that mold could be in our basement. We certainly would have known if we had mold in our basement or water coming causing a mold situation. Needless to say no mold was found, and my worries were alleviated. Mr. Riddick is a seasoned inspector, with a deep knowledge all areas of home inspections. He was professional, kind, did a great job."

He reviewed the test results with me prior to closing which gave me the peace of mind I needed to confirm I was making a good purchase and great investment. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Commercial Residential Real Estate Solutions. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!!"

"Mark did great work and made the radon abatement system blend well with the house. The office response time was slower than I would have liked, but the price and quality of work was worth the wait. All of the people I interfaced with were extremely helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this company."

"We were able to schedule an appointment with Mr. Lindsay on very short notice. I called him on a Friday and was able to schedule an inspection with him for the following Monday. He was punctual, polite and professional. He welcomed us to follow him around during the inspection and ask questions. He was also receptive to hearing our particular concerns about the home and addressing those concerns in his report in addition to his findings. Before leaving the home, Mr. Lindsay took the time to review his list of issues with the home with us to make certain nothing was missed for his final report. He completed and sent us the report very quickly (within 24 hours). The report was neat and detailed with pictures clearly illustrating any/all issues with the home. His work was also very affordable. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member in the future."

"Stephen was right on time the test was fast a easy great job"

"We own a two-story home in Washington DC and were in the process of getting it ready to rent out. Rodney was referred to us by our realtor. He was able to come into the property and give us a report of all of the work that we needed to be done. The contractor was able to address all the issues then Rodney was able to return to the property to issue the required passing clearance inspection report so that we could rent the property the inspection went very good Rodney was extremely knowledgeable and on time he also worked with our contractor directly to ensure all the work was done prior to his return. I would definitely recommend this company"
