He was efficient, knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing, what he saw as the issue and gave me a price very competitive with those I had already received. He cleaned and vacuumed the work area and cleaned the crawl space where he installed new vent materials. He’s very professional and personable. I would definitely hire him in the future should I have problems with any appliances. He told me he services all brands. "
