"I am thrilled with my black estate fence! From initial contact to final installation, Fence and Deck Connection has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond throughout the project. I started with a request for a quote in May 2022. My HOA wouldn't approve. Jake was great about working on modifications to the original proposal to comply with our HOA guidelines and provided me paperwork to include in my 2nd and 3rd appeals to the HOA. I was finally approved in March. Stephen was great on the installation: getting the permit, contacting Miss Utility and overseeing the 2 man installation crew. They were happy to accommodate our schedule around the recent sod we had laid. The installers were careful to do minimal damage to the new sod and the garden beds. When the crew left, it looked as though the fence was always part of our landscaping. I am so grateful for the communication and expertise the Fence and Deck Connection team brought to our project! "Called them last week to see if they would replace two wood floor boards.  I have a couple large dogs who are very rough on the floors.  One had a very large surface scratch that went deep into the board and another board was splintering.  I met with Jamie 2 days after my original phone call.  Even though they had very limited availability, he had a crew out within 1 week to replace the two floor boards.  The installers were on time, very professional, and were gone within an hour.  They cleaned up the work space and left no mess.
